We offer these Coaching classes –

Basic Life Coach includes information on HOW to conduct life coach sessions, pricing and business marketing strategies, and Much more!

Life Coach, Level I

  • 9:30 am to 5:00 pm in Leesburg, VA
  • Available via Skype 
  • Certified through IHF – International Hypnosis Federation and/or Health For Life, LLC
  • 411 page book included
  • Handouts, all materials
  • free gift of 1 yr membership and listing on the website (unless their remove listings which is up to IHF)
  • Current members of IHF can receive CEU’s
  • Business Information

 Options –
  • Class, certification, book & all materials $275.
  • Virtual class can be broken into 2 or 4 hour segments.
Each class is approximately 8 hours and also carries Nursing CE’s.   

Life Coach, Level II –  

Life Coach II is a more advanced level and reviews the info from level I ( includes information on HOW to conduct life coach sessions, pricing and business marketing strategies, and Much more)!  But also includes:  tools, tips, techniques on assessment, powerful tools for handouts to clients to keep them on track, assist them in prioritizing their goals, learning how the different areas (selves) work together in their life to create more balance, peace, less stress!
